Bought a something from depop (so there's buyer protection) never got my parcel after 4 weeks after they promised to send. Didn't receive any replies afterwards. The refund says that its failed, and contacting the seller doesn't seem like an option if they didn't reply to me when I asked when my parcel would arrive. I received a refund but shortly after I got an email telling me that the refund had not processed successfully. Can someone give me some help?
