Hello, @soarepeogoare. Thanks for taking the time to add your question here on the PayPal Community Forum. It sounds like you are asking how you might add money to your PayPal account balance. If so, here is some information I hope will be helpful.
In general, there is no need for PayPal customers to add money to their balance. Linking a bank account (if available) or a credit or debit card is sufficient since that allows PayPal to request money from a financial institution and send it to a merchant or to a friend or family member on behalf of a customer. This means the recipient of the payment/money won't see the financial details that were used to fund the transaction.
Please check out https://www.paypal.com/md/smarthelp/article/faq686 and https://www.paypal.com/md/smarthelp/article/faq1348 for how to add and confirm a bank account to a PayPal account and how to transfer money from a confirmed bank account to a PayPal account. Please note, those options are not available for all customers, but, once again, it's not necessary to take those steps to be able to complete purchases online or to send money to friends and family.
