So I purchased an item back in June and I was supposed to receive it in August. I never did, so I ended up disputing the transaction, 5 days ago. Once I did, I received an email from the merchant saying that my order was cancelled and that I have been refunded. 5 days later and there hasn't been a single update to my PayPal account nor my credit card, mentioning a refund. I originally purchased the item through PayPal, with a credit card, so I know it should have gone to my credit card and not PayPal. The dispute is still going on as well, so my question is what do I do? Do I wait until PayPal figures it out through the ongoing dispute? Or just wait a few more days and see if the money gets deposited back onto my credit card?
