Hello, a few months ago, I noticed that my account was blocked for multiple login attempts. On the internet I found that the I should wait for a while (a few hours) (I even tried to reset the password, but it always says this "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again later.") and then try to login again. Its been months, and I don't think waiting will solve my problem so I decided to create a new account so I could ask the community. Is there any chance, that I can delete that old account without login in? I have my credit card and my bank account linked to that PayPal account, and I cant link the bank account to this new PayPal account because of that. I would appreciate anything that could help me even by little. Thanks a lot.
