Hi, I have had a PayPal account for some years which I don't think I have ever used until recently. I have started selling some items on eBay, with sales payments to be made to my credit card using PayPal. I have a major issue with my account: 1. I can log into my account with my Username and Password. 2. I can change my password using the forgotten password functionality 3. I can see my eBay sales transactions correctly listed. 4. I cannot collect my money. because, 5. The name on the account is similar to mine, Joanne rather than John. The surnames are the same. 6. The bank details and address relate to Joanne rather than me. Note, I am UK based and Joanne is US based. I now have a major security concern about my personal and credit card details. How can such a problem occur? How do I resolve it? Best regards, John
