I got scammed by. The seller used a fake tracking number and I never received my Birkenstock’s. Fraud but paypal denied my claims. I now see that this is a huge problem for others also but PayPal has refused to address. I agree that a lawsuit might need to be the next step. They are clearly aware of the problem and even when provided info, they denied my claim.
