I filed a dispute because I did not receive my item (no shipping confirmation, no delivery, no response to my efforts to contact vendor). Paypal says the vendor provided proof of delivery and therefore they closed my case. I can't seem to find a way to get past their Help chat to get better resolution. Can anyone advise me about what I can do next? (I will also note that other friends were also defrauded by the same vendor and their credit cards/bank cards have all refunded the money.) I seem to be having more problems with Paypal. I thought Paypal made things more secure but it seems to be the opposite in this case. Thank you so much for any help! Liz
