I do not receive SMS from paypal for login check, even phone is correct. One can see by last digits. For this reason I can't log into account. From all other bank services I always receive SMS without problems. There is no way to contact paypal except phone call which is expensive as it is in another country. I can't send message as I can't log in. It is super frustrating.
