I realized I have an account I’ve never used. I must have created it and forgotten because I have another active account. Once I logged into this account I unlinked my bank account and checked the history. I have NEVER sent or received money. So! I attempted to close the account and all the sudden AtPal sent me $5. In reading through the “rules” and see I will forfeit this money if I close the account. I’m ok with that so I click on close. Nope! PayPal now tells me I can’t close it because I have a balance. So I attempted to send the money t my other account. Only I can’t send money. PayPal SUCKS!!!
