Same exact issue. I just got the first denial. I’m contacting customer support tomorrow morning and I’m going to dispute it. I have RING setup as well as USPS Informed Delivery. Neither of them have a package with that tracking ID, not to mention no packages were scheduled for that day or the next 2-days. Also took screenshots of your posts to show that there is a precedent for this happening. We’ll see, I’m pretty good on the phone, so I will let you all know if I get results. 🤷♂️
