How the hell can I get my money as a foreigner? I'm from Korea and I'm here as an exchange student, so I don't have the SSN-it means, I can't make a paypal cash plus account!- or american bank account either-it means, I can't send money to my account-. I only have a master card which is linked to my korean bank account. 10 days ago, I joined the tour and the guide forgot to give me the change of the tip. I signed up for the paypal, and she sent me the money... And I can't receive it! There's no way to 'receive' the money for foreigners! Money($13) has been waiting for me for 10 days... I'm frustrated... How can I get my money...? Understand my broken English. I'm afraid of calling in English. Please help me.
