Paypal wasn't much help. I am being required to ship back the product that wasn't even close to what I ordered to China to get a refund. I ordered a $400.00 electric scooter and they shipped me a $4.00 helmet. This is clearly a new scam that Paypal and the internet has not figured out how to shut down yet. They send you something that will cost you almost the same amount to ship back to China as what you paid for the original item. They tell you that you made a mistake in ordering and if you want a refund you will need to pay to ship the item back to China. I'm shipping mine back. I don't care that it will cost me more to ship back than what I paid this thief for the correct product in the first place. I'm not letting them keep the money. Paypal should figure out a way to shut this scam down and protect their customers. Please don't help these thieves by falling victim to their scam.
