I made the purchased of a baby hosting plane from Hostgator and the transaction was decline due to the fact that i have exceeded my sending limit. The fund was deducted from my cart on the 03-08-21 up till now no refund. And the transition was not reflected in my PayPal account but i only got the message that the transaction was declined due to the sending limit exceeded. But the fund was deducted from my card.
