No kidding this is a terrible feature, or lack of feature. Seller paid yesterday afternoon, I printed a shipping label yesterday evening, and was going to ship at this time today. Luckily I checked my email, something I can't always do when I'm working, and discovered a payment reversal. I can't belive there is nothing that tells the buyer they cannot do this because shipping information has been entered. I could have shipped my item, over $100 value, without having any payment. I doubt someone like my buyer who did not even have the balls to email me an explanatoin, would return the item they got for free. Paypal claims take forever to process and it's a buyer's world out there, I should be able to leave negative feedback, but nope. Who's to say Paypal would believe me if the buyer spun some BS for them (like those who claim to receive empty boxes, come on!). Ebay so heavily protects the buyer, what about instances like this in which I could have been **bleep**? I should not be expected to check my email on the way to the post office, or send confirmation emails to buyers to prevent this from happening in the future. I didn't even know this was an option for ebay auctions. There is a thing called refunds and I surely can understand somone changing their mind about a purchase. So please someone tell me, what are my options if this happens again, and I've already shipped? I am I guaranteed to have paypal return the funds to me?
