This is a copy paste from @praveen100 I have the same issue like him and been trying to raise the concern with Customer Service but I always get a reply that no Agent is available. I also tried to follow the instructions given to Praveen100 by I didn't get the result that I want. Could someone help me on this matter, please? "I was trying to make a purchase from a website, used PayPal to pay. After checkout, the website said Payment Failed but PayPal had deducted the money from my bank account and there is no record of it in the transaction activity. I have the SMS and email from my bank saying the deduction has taken place but nothing from PayPal."
