I created a simple PayPal button for our website. When I test it with a different PayPal account the transaction looks like it works fine. No errors and no messages. I can see the transactions worked in Live API call history. But neither the account used to pay is charged nor is my account paid. The credentials are live. After searching the community and tech articles I can't figure out what I'm missing.
