I have literally had the WORST experience with PayPal Dispute Center. Every agent provides me with different information and I am bounced around between Paypal Credit and Paypal where each department does not have same information. Very frustrated. I spent approx 2 hours on the phone today with no resolution. I have probably spend 6 hours total on the phone with this issue. Anyone have any advice how to talk to someone at Paypal who understands issues and get to resolution?
