Hi, I made an online purchase on July 1st via PayPal and my credit card that is attached to it. The seller immediately refunded the transaction as they were unable to provide the service to me. They sent screenshots of this refund to me, however it has not been credited to my PayPal account nor to my credit card. The 30 days has passed and PayPal have declined my claim. Help!! What should I do, as it is a significant amount to be out of pocket.
