Dear community users,
Because this is my first post ever to Paypal community, so let me know if I this is not the right place to ask this question.
We have 2 running websites operate in Europe (accepting Credits card like MC and VISA in EURO currency). The payment solutions was provided by Chase in US but no longer working.
For this reason, we need to replace the existing payment system with Paypal, BTW we are using Magento (Community Edition 1.7.x) and would like to integrate with PayPal Payments Standard or better version. More importantly, I would like to convert the the EURO into USD whenever possible.
I know not everyone familiar with old Magento platform, so my question is whether Paypal can handle all VAT with the IOSS Scheme recently introduced, And please shed some light with what else I need to know.
