I sold a brand new dress through Depop and when the buyer received it she claimed it smelt "worn". The dress had labels on it and was never worn. I stated that, as per my profile I do not offer exchanges or refunds however; she raised a case against me on Paypal to get her money back. so I offered a refund on the basis that she returns my item of clothing. I contacted the buyer on Depop and she advised she will send it back and also provide me tracking, a week past and I heard nothing so I contacted the buyer again and now she has blocked me which clearly shows she had no intent of sending the dress back and has scammed me. How do I go about getting my money back that I refunded?
