My Google account got hacked before long ago by someone is Russian guy attempts to make a purchase high prices IAP from scams application in google play, I declined the purchase before it happens with send the cases on PayPal but the card are declined before PayPal do. Now I can't make any purchase from google "ANY" with PayPal and Google Inc is inactive in Automatic payment even tried active by re-added on the Google payment list.
