I created a claim but made an error of posting not enough information, and I saw an option to add details to the case, but upon doing so, I accidentally changed the main issue 'Item not shipped' to 'Item not as described'. I just want to know if there's any way to let Paypal change the main issue that shows at the top of my claim, that it is an 'ITEM NOT SHIPPED' claim, NOT a 'Item not as described'.
