Has there been any update on your situation. I'm going through the same thing. On my app, it shows I don't owe anything, but on the computer, it does show. I still don't have a payment due yet, but I can even make an early payment. I'm starting to get worried because I do not want to pay interest. I also cant call pay pal because my phone won't allow me since I'm currently not in the states right now.
