Hello, I tried updating my card details but it was giving an error message. So I decided to remove the card and link it as a new one. But now it keeps saying the card is being used by another Paypal account. I have tried calling customer service but I can't reach them. Is there something I am doing wrong? It's a new card and I haven't used it on any other account and I have just one Paypal account. PLEASE HELP!
