I have the same problem. The client tried to send money to my account three times but failed all the time. The Assist is not able toi understand the problem and keeps giving illogical and irrelevant solutions. I have lifted the limitations, received small amounts in my linked bank account, added a debit card but in vain. I Have emailed to support and they replied asking to go to Help and Contact in the portal This is of no use. I have no clue how to email to them or call them. Can anyone help me here?
