Good day. Ive recently found out someone unknowingly and illegally used one of my old active email to open an account for paypal. I would like to know if theres is a way or if a moderator who knows someone from Paypal. Who could help shut down the account thats under that email. I dont want that email to be used illegally for Paypal. Im willing to provide the email, since ive been the owner for 10+ years. And still actively use it. Please and thank you.
