I was advised that my refund will be processed once the item was returned. What is the reason for the delay? I’ve provided proof of delivery multiple times. I’ve called most everyday with long hold times and different stories from their help desk. Item was returned on July 8th. I even had one agent say he will run back and check with this department and came back with a fake running panting when every other agent said they have absolutely no way of getting a hold of the processing department. Nevertheless PayPal has been a huge disappointment and I will avoid using it at all cost in the future.
