Hello all,
I filed a dispute for item not received. Paypal asked seller for tracking number and gave that tracking number to me. I knew I had not received anything so I went to UPS to verify the tracking number. The number was for a different person at different address! So easy to verify! But apparently Paypal does not even contact UPS to verify number, the take seller's word for it. So seller just sends a fake tracking number and Paypal does not check it, then denies my claim saying seller gave tracking number! This is not any kind of investigation. This is pure laziness and attempt to dismiss my claim so they don't have to pay. I'm done with Paypal.
