I'm in the middle of 3 different claims with this company (3 different stores, but all thru this place). I LOVED the shirts I ordered and couldn't wait to get them. Then I got them. Out of a total of 17 shirts ordered and received, only 2 of them were what I actually ordered. In fact, I received the same shirt that I didn't order from all 3 companies! It's like someone picks the orders with their eyes closed - the SKU numbers weren't even close! I got the standard "too expensive to send back, we'll refund you 20%" **bleep**. Why would I want to pay 80% for something that I didn't order and don't like? And why would I need to pay shipping for stuff that I didn't order? I'm upset to hear that PayPal denied your claim. Sounds like I better go straight to Discover now. The sad part is that I really just wanted what I ordered.
