Hi Paypal Community, I disputed an item through Paypal and it was resolved and I have consequently been refunded. However, the seller has now turned up to my home address twice! I am quite scared as this is incredibly odd behaviour. Can I be advised on what to do/can Paypal do anything? Thanks
