I bought a rug, the seller decided to cut it in half for cheaper postage. There were no terms and conditions or postage choice paying through my paypal account. Paypal have denied my claim of £136.50 for this damaged and not as described rug. How is this possible??? If I ordered a dress, or any other item for that matter, I wouldn't expect it cut in half!! There is no appeal button on my closed case. I phoned and they said they can't access it due to the computers being slow. I am absolutely shocked! How on earth do you get any help???
