I visited a website last night to view their product. The only way to view certain info was to add an item to my cart. I NEVER COMPLETED THE CHECKOUT PROCESS, due to reading reviews that day the company is scammy. I have a screenshot showing the last page I completed because of this. BUT the company charged my account anyway. I filed a dispute of unauthorized charge because I did NOT agree to buy ANYTHING. Paypal refused, saying that they have some kind of proof that it was authorized. What the heck is even going on with Paypal??
