I would like to commend Fernan, a PayPal employee from the Philippines, for a job well done! His excellent customer service skills and patience, his attention to details and listening to me, was a positive experience. Rarely does an interaction between customer service and consumers, end in a positive note, nowadays! I hope that PayPal would recognize employees like Fernan, who is an asset.
