I am sorry to say, but Huusk is a despicable, money hungry, bunch of cheats.
I have open cases with them on PayPal.
They sent me an email what is making them an even more groveller than I believed they are, until now. They are expecting a return of goods until the 19th of July, albeit they must know for sure I did not received their fake Chinese knives yet. It is a lower than low fraud I have ever experienced in my life. From China it would take 5-6 weeks for a package delivery on economy mail, what would be mid August from my order date, 02/07/2021.
I do not even want to mention what they want to charge namely the never heard before 15% deduction from the refund as a "restocking fee". It is total wretchedness.
It is utterly disgraceful how they conduct their business. I can say this without any doubt because I was a self employed business man. I do not even want to call theirs as a business, because real businesses do not lie and cheat but rather they take care of their customers trying to please them.
