As a really, really new person to Paypal, I'm getting concerned now too after reading this. To make sure I understand, you're selling items say on, Ebay or Etsy, and a buyer pays for it, you ship it, and until the seller leaves feedback, you don't get paid?! Am I understanding this correctly? If so, that's crazy!
