I bought a product on Aliexpress. I got the product. Instead of 1500 berry heads, I got 100. The envelope has the tracking number on it and it is clear that the envelope is very small and did not fit the ordered 1500 pieces. I attached the photos, weighed the envelope, it is quite clear that the Aliexpress seller cheated. I wrote to Aliexpress, they rejected it. I was told to ask the post office for a document that the envelope came open. I said the envelope didn't come open! In the end, I was rejected because I didn’t ask the post office for a document that the envelope had arrived open. I wrote to Paypal, I thought it would protect the customer. I photographed everything. It is quite clear that this is a scam. Paypal asked me to report the Chinese seller to the Hungarian authorities. This is ridiculous. Hungarian police will not investigate a $ 10 case against an unknown Chinese seller. It is Paypal’s job to investigate the case and, if the case is clear, like mine, protect the customer. I paid with Paypal, I want to know my money is safe. PayPal does not return my money. However, Paypal used to be a more serious company. After being rejected, where can I turn if I know I am right.
