I have a friend who needs my help, who is currently stuck in Peru waiting to come home to the United States. I was able to send her money yesterday, with no problem. I tried doing the same thing with a slightly higher amount, early Saturday morning 7/3, and it wouldn't take it. Kept coming back. Tried several times. I received an email, saying there was unusual activity my account. I called customer service, and spoke to a woman who did not help me at all. Basically, I was out of luck. Nice, huh? So my friend is still stuck there, and the bill is getting higher as the days pass, and Paypal is not helping at all. Would appreciate nay feedback on what to do. Thank you.
