I cannot confirm Indian bank MasterCard (debit). After I enter the card details, it asks for the OTP and after I enter the OTP, it's says cannot confirm the card, if problem persists contact the card issuer. I've yet to contact the bank, but it being a government bank I'm not so sure about a quick reply from them.
