I opened a claim because I never got a merchandise from the seller. Paypal denied my claim and close the case because the seller provide a tracking #. But this was a scam, never got anything. <removed> : this is the usps tracking # the seller gave to Paypal. I am registered at USPS for all my mail & package deliveries so I know what & when to expect them. I didn't see anything posted on the Informed Delivery. I need help with this.
