Hello, after 180 days of account limitation, for reasons that still no email or phone have been able to explain, I contacted support in order to withdraw my funds on the amount of $34,800 USD, because every time I attempted to do it keep getting the same error: "Sorry something went wrong please try again later", this happened with all options of withdraw available on the account . "Everything looks ok on our side, your account still limited but you should be able to withdraw the funds please try again at a different time, allow the system to refresh itself", was the answer i received on the next 4 calls over a period of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and they explained it needed to be escalated the issue to some security team and ask me to wait 72 hours to 5 days. Upon receiving email that the funds were available to withdraw I call again since the error kept showing on the account and got an answer from employee id#1571728 explaining that nobody previously escalated the issue that she would take care personally and provided ticket #REF_GI_70993 with the promise that will receive a call. 5 more days later I call back since nobody contacted and the issue still showing. I got same apology and another ticket # and employee id# 1670161. 43 days later same modus operandi it's been happening, apparently everything it's ok with my account but nobody on paypal knows why I can't get my funds. For security reasons and in order to protect the account "from the owner", I'm supposed to just wait with no timeframe or real answer from support. My question to the community is: Is Paypal a Fraud? Should I take legal actions?
