Hello! There is a charge I did some months ago and never received the products I bought, so I need to open a case to get a refund. The fact is thet I can't find that charge on my activity when I log on from a computer. I only see it from the mobile app on the phone. The problem I have is that on the mobile app there it is not available the dispute center, so I can't claim it. Can somebody help me? Thank You Guys!!!
