I had a similar problem- When I was s/w a rep about a unauthorized charge because I couldn't understand her she immediately got ANGRY. After she hung up on me I found that my account was CLOSED AND ALL THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT IS THEIRS. THIS IS SUCH BS. HOW CAN THEY DO THAT- HOW CAN THEY EMPLOY SUCH HORRIBLE PEOPLE!
