I am finally extremely sick of PayPal sending me notices for this and that, and everything else...when I do not even have an account. They make it so difficult to contact anyone who can actually do anything. They got ahold of my e-mail address somehow and will not stop sending me crap. Any good advice that will not take 6 hours to complete?
