I can see this policy being applicable if you receive the product you ordered and it doesn't measure up, but when a supplier advertises dog steps and then sends you a comb, this is just a scam/fraud so why should anyone have to pay freight? They are clearly looking at a percentage of people taking their partial refund and they just keep the rest and others paying freight costs which will no doubt significantly impact the remaining 'refund'. so now Paypal is telling me I've been offered a full refund.... if I return my **bleep** comb to some no name pet shop in China - no doubt the freight will equal the cost of the steps - I bought from Ronarry not Jimo District Aston Pet Shop for which I don't even have a return address - getting really tired of this runaround - lesson learned but very disappointed in PayPay ...
