So, I bought a jacket labelled size medium on depop. North face, pretty expensive... it arrived today and it was a KIDS MEDIUM... KIDS. I couldn't even get it over my arm. The seller is saying she had a photo up of the size but that is simply not true. The kid's size was not mentioned in the description nor pictures. Just labelled size "M". So I'm obviously either thinking men or women. She wants to give me a partial refund because she had already spent the money i sent her, and apparently told paypal in the response to my claim that we agreed on the partial refund which is not true. I also attached the receipt and evidence that the child's size was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. I am waiting for PayPal's response. Who do you think paypal will side with?
