I bought something through PayPal in April. I never got the item. Now PayPal can't find the transaction under my account. I tried to use the chat but that is worthless. I can't seem to find a phone number so I can actually speak with a person that can look up the transaction ID. I have the receipt form PayPal I even attached it to the chat. It is an automated system so it doesn't even respond to my statements. How do I find a resolution?
