Good luck ever trying to get them to act on refund for services from this scam service called Protonmail. I actually paid for a Professional account from them (big mistake) then when I wanted to downgrade because the service and support was poor, they won't refund my money. Therefore, I had to make a claim with Paypal. So, being the children they are, Protonmail decided to block me from my already downgraded account, because of this. So now my main email is blocked, I can't reply to any open support tickets with them, and I'm crossing my fingers that Paypal might actually back me up here. Notice how I said crossing fingers, not holding my breath. TLDR; Protonmail sucks.
