So how do I et PayPal to stop protecting scammers? I bought an item, but received a fake item worth less than EUR2, then complained to PayPal, sent photos, opened case and all those goodies. Then I returned the fake item at own cost (another EUR25), scanned the package details and entered the tracking number and then PayPal decides that they will not process the refund, as according to them "not trackable", which is rediculous to say the least. Now I paid for the product, payd again to return it and have nothing to show for it. Paypal does not care that the seller provided fake goods or that the seller is running a scam. PayPal is basically complicit in a few crimes. It is illegal to import fake goods in the EU, it is illegal to provide goods other than the exact good ordered, returns must be refunded and and and. How does a big company such as paypal get away with these crimes. If my business does the same I have customs, police and lawyers at my door the following day.
