I disputed them through PayPal after contacting this fake #fyuefin Co.ltd numerous times only to keep getting fake tracking numbers to keep me occupied.  Then months of research to prove they are fake and cheating everyone.  I didn't give up.  PayPal helped me by believing me with all the proof I had and they got my money back.  What a blessing!  You have to be persistent and prove your side of the story.  It was worth it after months of hurt and feeling deceived.  It was only $44.55 but well worth the fight for and proving this company should not be allowed to steal from everyone!  I never received the beautiful "Footprints" cross necklace, but I received justice thanks to PayPal. ... I was furious!  They did the same thing to me.  A higher price after I selected a beautiful cross "Footprints" necklace for my daughter.  I couldn't retrace or retract what I had done.  I waited and waited for the necklace to arrive.  It never arrived after they faked me out with multiple fake tracking numbers whenever I inquired or checked, I finally found their email after doing a lot of research.  I contacted them and more excuses were made.  I traced that necklace for months from China to New Jersey to Connecticut to Grand Prairie Texas and that's where the tracking stopped.  I contacted the post office in Grand Prairie and nothing.  I contacted PayPal and gave them all the proof of my research and tracking fake numbers and even apologies from this #fyuefin Co.ltd.  I had so much proof they are fake and PayPal allowed me to submit a dispute.  After 1 month PayPal notified me that my money would be refunded.  I was so pleased!!!  $41.55.  Not a lot to them, but it was a lot to me because it was a birthday present for my daughter and it never arrived. I checked my credit card statement and the money was returned through PayPal. This #fyuefin Co.ltd posed as a real company with this beautiful "Footprints" Cross necklace.  I never saw them again on Facebook advertising.  Believe me, I never want to.  I have learned my lesson about ordering off of Facebook advertisements.  Thank you PayPal.  ... I gave all the proof I can to PayPal.  All the conversation back and forth between me and #fyuefin Co.ltd.  The cost of the necklace, described it, gave the invoice #, the tracking number, etc.  If PayPal can't do anything about this scam company, we are just **bleep**! ... View more

Don't know if PayPal can help.  They are the middle man.  The main man is #fyuefin Co.ltd.  Thank goodness they don't have direct access to my bank account.  They really worries me.  Now I know never ever never give my card directly to these scammers.  It is bad enough losing money because I trusted the stupid ad on Facebook.  This company pretended to be Christian based and did everything they could to advertise about this cross with the "footprint" prayer and on it  That's a sure way to get you.  Pretend to be a Christian.  I will wait for PayPal to see if this company contacts them back, but I doubt that they will.  They pulled the wool over all of our eyes.   ... This company replied to me after I complained and complained to them and to PayPal.   #fyuefin Co.,ltd said they are sorry for my inconvenience and the necklace I ordered is on the way.  Be patient.  I this is a standard reply they send out when you complain.  It was sent to me twice, two months apart.  They said the necklace is almost there.  It was delivered to the United States.  No it wasn't, because it was never shipped!  The ad on Facebook is a scam.  I don't think PayPal can do anything about this.  They just get the money off your card and give it to whomever you tell them to.  It's not their fault.  But I sure wish they had a research team who could give you warning and a heads up on all the scams that come in to them about these crooked companies. I bought a $40.00 necklace for my daughter.  It was a beautiful cross with a footprint prayer.  This company #fyuefin Co., ltd claimed to be a Christian owned company.  Had no idea it is a company in China supposedly.  At least that's what the tracking number proved, which was also fake.  My product ended up gong to Grande Prairie Texas.  I think that was fake too.  Some something to keep me off track for a while.  A while turned into 2 months!  It is awful how they can get away with this.  No more shopping from the ads on Facebook.  That's for sure!!! ...
