Hello! I am old school so I don't normally use paypal. Just recently, I just got paid. But I want to transfer it right away to my friend's account (I owe her money since the payment went in late). Now I am trying to link her debit account and planned on closing my paypal account (I sincerely hate this). But I can't seem to link her card, nor mine, or any card for that matter. I also tried sending the payment to her via email, but I can't even link my own debit card. Any advice?
